This project is planned to be finished by December 2009.
Those are the currently achieved results in this project, by end 2008:
* Complete review of the state of the art for security and trust solutions in all the relevant domains.
* Reference architecture per application domain.
* The Trust Computing use cases defined in the three application domains (computing, mobile, consumer) have been consolidated and merged in a single deliverable that will be used as structuring element for the rest of the project.
* Risk analysis and threat models in trust computing identifying vulnerabilities on possible scenarios.
* Generic, security and trust requirements technologies and concepts that need to be used to support the trust and security mechanism present in the different project models.
* Domain Specific Requirements applicable to target application domains: computing, mobile and consumer.
* Analysis of protection profile and common criteria requirements.
* Definition of a Trust Model with Trust, Security and Dependability Attributes and Metrics. A trust calculation model has been developed with a set of metrics that describes the security policy.
* Trusted computing demonstrator based in a STB application has been started and it is in advanced execution status.
Dissemination:
* Banking Application Demo Videos
* Trust 2008 workshop (Villach-Austria, March 2008).
* ESI as organizer of annual ESI@Net event Week@ESI (http://www.esi.es/esiweek/) presented TSC project. 2-6 June 2008, at Fundacion European Software Institute . Zamudio (Spain).
